I'd give Dr. Chen 10 stars if I could. After discovering I had recurrent bi-lateral inguinal hernias & mesh pain after a surgery in 2016, I did a lot of research on robot assisted laparoscopic re-dos, including mesh removal. Dr. Chen repaired my failed prior incisional hernia performed by another surgeon. He removed a 10 centimeter mesh and closed two hernias. I can not recommend him highly enough...the best

Do not i repeat DO NOT!!!! have surgery a hernia surgery with Dr. Chen he likes to cut nerves (triple neurectomy) without even using the correct method to determine if you have nerve damage and his pro mesh, you shouldn't have to beg a surgeon to not use mesh if you don't want it.
