Purchased windows from Champion & like the product although very expensive. The installation, however, is substandard. Caulking cracked w/in 1 hr & was also smeared all over windows; 2 of the new sashs were scraped leaving dark marks that look like dirt smudges; 2 window sills were gouged; bits of plaster debris were in one of the upstairs toilets (lid was down when the installers arrived)....
