Sold us a fluorescent bulb fixture not capable of dimming, when we requested a dimmable fixture. Also sold us the incorrect vanity piece that did not fit with the faucet they sold us (the vanity comes in many variations to accommodate different faucet/ plumbing set ups). Poor attention to detail.
