I had a wonderful experience with JL Tree Service. The arborist was professional and well informed. He was also an assessor so we was qualified to determine the viability of the tree in question. The rate was very competitive. The crew was prompt, quick, and just a nice bunch of guys. I am very dissatisfied with customer service at JL Tree Service. I will never use them as their front office tried to lie to me even after I forwarded the email thread that we had exchanged. I only gave them 1 star because there are no negative stars in the rating scale. MY recommendation to anyone anticipating any type of tree service or landscaping is to AVOID JL TREE SERVICE.
