We stopped by with a friend for drinks and dinner and couldn't have been happier.
The service was fast, friendly and attentive. While nominally a "Sports Bar", the TV's and crowd was not overbearing.
The food was good - nothing to crow about, but it was definitely good and for once we didn't have to send anything back to the kitchen for being cooked wrong, or tasting bad, which is rare indeed in this day and age.
The great bonus for us is that it is literally located 1 block from where we live, plus the fact that they participate in the United Airlines Mileage program, which is always a nice bonus.
We will continue to go back to BBG and highly recommend others to do the same. Check their website for "Theme" nights, too - like Karaoke (if you are into that!).
Even the late night menu is plentiful at Burbank Bar & Grille, where much of the attraction is the nightly live entertainment, indoors or on the patio. But the food is also serious business here --- serious enough to include aged USDA Prime steaks on an eclectic menu that also offers pastas, pizzas, burgers and jambalaya. Start with Parmesan-garlic onion rings with rémoulade or barbecue sauce....

I'm so sad that they're closing. It was a great place for food (yummy pesto pasta, parmesan truffle fries), drinks & DANCING! Not a lot of places to go dancing for the over 40 (& over 50) crowd. All ages felt comfortable here. Super fun atmosphere! When Video Star (1980s band) played, the place was a blast.

Had a great time knowing this place was closing down which is a bummer. That being said, the service should have been at least decent but was pretty poor in terms of getting our meal and drinks.

My cocktail was good but I didn’t enjoy the food. The calamari was chewy. It was a bit over cooked. The shrimp in my tacos were also a bit hard and sliced in tiny cubes. It should’ve been easy to bite and when sliced lengthwise would not fall over every each bite.
Burbank Bar and Grille kindly gifted space for a World Rhino Day fundraiser on September 22. A business that helps wildlife conservation is always a winner in my book. I got double charged for my meal at first they brought me a bill for $45 and got charged $69 on my bank statement I had got charged twice one got refunded but it was only two of us and got charged $69 went back the following day to ask why and they never gave me answers

Fun place to grab a tasty meal, people watch out the window and sample the good bartending. Outdoor seating is nice as well.
The food is amazing and the service is great. I had salmon in my chaser salad and the fish was amazing. I love the set up there and easy to talk to if you have someone dining with you. The bathroom is clean and fresh smelling. I will definitely go again.

We made a reservation on open table and when we got to the restaurant it was closed. If they were taking reservations they should be honored or at least we should have been called by the restaurant to cancel. We would never go back.

We went to dinner at another restaurant in Burbank and decided to have after dinner drinks and dessert at Burbank Bar and Grille. Dessert was delicious as were the drinks. Live entertainment was really good! A great place to hang out with friends!!
I have always had a great time at BBG's. I've been coming here for years and would recommend it to everyone.
All day happy hour on Sundays with cheap beer and appetizers so it is great for watching football. I will definitely be going back.
We had a happy hour retirement party here. The servers were friendly, but were overloaded with our group of 20, although this was pre-arraned. It was a nice atmosphere and the food and drinks were good.

Basically a sports bar with small tvs. Food is good and what you would expect, a lot of sandwiches, appetizers. We had pulled pork sand which and the BBQ ribs, both of which were very good. Price was in line with others in area.

This is my go-to place to hang with friends. Great outdoor patio at night with music. I try to stay away from the indoor music area after 9pm, as the crowd gets a little more rowdy (house and hip hop music indoor). Patio has more...live acoustic music. Food is yummy and so are the drinks!

First timer at taco Tuesday. The tacos are fair and the tortillas are soggy. The Brussel sprouts are delicious. The service is average. They have a selection of goodies for Happy Hour.

Our server was prompt and excellent with thoughtful recommendations. It was quieter since it was earlier when we dined (6:30pm on a Friday). I am sure it is livelier when there's a band playing. But it was perfect for us. We enjoyed the spacious booths and the portion sizes of the starters and "classics" are perfect for sharing. We would definitely go back!

We needed a place for dinner in Burbank befort the theater and selected Burbank Bar and Grille from their web site. It was clean, with good, friendly service, The food was OK, but not great.
Thought we'd try a new place. Once was enough. Happy Hour deals were priced nicely, but the taste wasn't anything to crow about. Maybe if we came on a night where there was live music it would have made the meal less important.
BBG is a good bar food joint. If you are just looking for a casual dinner, perhaps with some sports and/or entertainment, this is a good place to have on your radar.
I'm NOT a bar guy. I don't drink and I hate crowds, but once in a while you need to go to one. This one is decent. The bar food is simple but good and it's quiet until 6pm. I like the grilled chicken sandwich best.

I started with the fried Calamari ($9.95) and ordered the BBQ Choice Pasta with added chicken ($15.95) . The Calamari was good. Even though the menu isn't anything out of this world, you go to this place for it's cozy patio, nice bar, very friendly staff, no, the food is not horrible. But it could be better.
Walking into Burbank Bar & Grille (BBG) is like walking into an upscale comedy club back in the Midwest – brick walls, a staircase that leads to the 2nd floor bar with more bar and dining seating than you’ll find in any Hollywood venue. I’m not sure where my idea of the comedy club comes in, because there are definitely no comedians performing and the happy hour is no joke, but let’s go with it.
First time visit and we will be back - great food, wonderful service and pleasant atmosphere.

Pretty decent place for Burbank.. There isn't too much going on in Burbank, but if you wanna dance on a Saturday night to a disco cover band, it's the place to be. Outside patio is cool, and the night I went the acoustic band was awesome. Right on key. It's a nice summer time ""Hot in the City"" place to hang out because of the patio outside. It's a nice spot to take a date during the week if you wanna chill outside, have a drink and get to know someone.
I love this restaurant! I took 12 of my mentors for happy hour and they really loved it! It was great food for $5 and awesome portions and great taste. Also their drink prices were great, I had 2 pints of Widmer Hefeweizen for $4.30 each and they had Guinness for $3 as well! Definitely recommend it

This place is always poppen' they have great music, food and people!! I come here all the time with my friends on the weekend and just have sooo much fun here! Highly recommend this place if you want to be were the fun is.

Perfect spot to watch the games! I've been to a bunch of sports bars in the valley, but this place is PERFECT! There are a ton of flat screens all around the restaurant and they even put a huge screen on the stage to watch as well! Not even to mention the Happy Hour prices!! Such a steal! Get there early though, because this place packs out! BBG has such a unique cozy feel. On the nights you aren't watching a game, there's always a really chill acoustic singer on the patio.

Perfect spot to watch games – Perfect spot to watch the games! I've been to a bunch of sports bars in the valley, but this place is PERFECT! There are a ton of flat screens all around the restaurant and they even put a huge screen on the stage to watch as well! Not even to mention the Happy Hour prices!! Such a steal! Get there early though, because this place packs out! BBG has such a unique cozy feel. On the nights you aren't watching a game, there's always a really chill acoustic singer on the patio.

Even the late night menu is plentiful at Burbank Bar & Grille, where much of the attraction is the nightly live entertainment, indoors or on the patio. But the food is also serious business here.
It was a very laid-back atmosphere where you can enjoy good food and hold conversations with people. I will definitely be coming back! Great food, drinks are great!!
They have live performances in the outside area, it is very comfortable. We always choose to sit down outside, but they have a lot of TV screens inside and some outside to watch games. We love this place!!
