When our shipping foreman (Billy) answered they told him they would give him a free radio for the packing room if he would just sample some of their FREE tape at no charge. Well we received the tape with no radio and with the tape came a bill for near $873.00 for 48 rolls of tape. Now I ask you where on earth does a single roll of tape cost $18.18? Do the math? Not only was the tape ridiculously priced but the stuff does not even stick to add insult to injury. To make things worst some wicked witch named Shirley called asking why we haven’t paid our bill? My boss about destroyed the phone yelling into it. God help them if they keep calling he is the type to fly over there and break some knee caps :? Someone better put this place out of business the right way before someone gets hurt.

You people have it all wrong. I've been under paid as warehouse manager for my company for years. Thanks to Carter's tape scam, I receive all kinds of "spiffs" and gifts to my house every few month. I just receive their cheap tape, toss it in the trash, and send the huge bill up to purchasing to be paid. Been doing it since 1989.
A complete scam...order once and they continue to send you tape you didn't order. Tried to speak with them the return the unwanted tape and they drop the F word and hang up! Do not ever do business with these people.

We had the same thing happen to us. They even threatened our receptionist with harm if she did not tell our shipping manager to ship back their tape. We never ordered nothing from them much less thier worthless tape that does not stick to boxes and cost near $6.75 a roll.

They scammed me out of paying near $850.00 for some tape that we did not order. They just shipped the stuff to us and mailed me a over priced invoice. I mistakenly paid the invoice before checking. Dont fall for this they are mean and devious.

This place sent a case of tape we never ordered and tried to bill us neat $987.00 for the case. We had to send the junky tape back at our expense to get them to stop calling. A big scam and apparently lots of other people are having the same issue.

We had the same thing happen to us. What we did is keep the tape and passed on every call from their so called debt collectors Shirely and John to the owner. He has fun cursing at them and venting over the phone. About the only thing they get from the owner is anear full of pissed off LOL:)

this place is a scam. they sent our company 4 dz of tape without authorization. and then at the end of the paper that came with the tape states in small writing: all returns are subject to a 15% restock fee. i called and they send me directly to voicemail. no one ever answers. i told them if no one comes and picks this up. i will charge them a storage fee per day.
