Roto Rooter came to my sister's home in Alpine and they were very Fast and very Clean - when they snaked our septic tank line. The last company was not clean - I will only use Roto Rooter now.
They snaked a sewer line that 3 other plumbers could not clear - I guess they have been around the longest for this reason! Recommend them for sure!

Awful service. They came to snake out my sewer pipe, and within 34 days the pipe was backed up and flooded my brand new basement. The supervisor showed no sympathy, and was extremely nasty on the phone. He said they would not come back because I only have a 30 day guarantee. (Offered me a 10% discount to come again).

I had my drain cleared.They had to come back the next day to re do. Went on vacation and home 5 weeks later. The first load of laundry backed up. I was offered 10% off as the I was out of the 4 week warranty.They did not fix my problem and did not stand by their work. No help from corporate.
Stay far away from this place. They are crooks and they should be arrested for running a fraudulent company. Most companies like this would not charge for drains they cannot clear but this one happily charges for a guy to come to the house and gives up. It's a great scheme. They can sit …
Horrible. The toilet started running again 2 1/2 months later. Their invoice's guarantee says I'm a llowed a maximum of 2 repet visits. They said it's only if it's w/in 30 day.
