The repair was done within half an hour and consisted of replacing a $30 plastic part, but I am conteting the charge of $330.23, incuding a $69 diagnostic fee, which I still would have had to pay if I had refused to accept the estimate.

I am the landlord of this property and organized a service for the sit down tractor.
Service technician came to service the tractor and met with my tenant.
I made a mistake by not making it clear that I would pay for the visit so when the tenant was not under the assumption they would pay the technician became very annoyed.
