I had four pancakes at Denny's the other night, and felt like the perfect dessert was four donuts. So my friend and I went to Winchell's for the first time. The donuts weren't very fresh, but still tasty. The employee didn't speak very good English, and apparently I kept asking for donuts he didn't have, but overall I would say it was a good experience and satisfied my craving. Four pancakes and four donuts...never again.
Probably one of the best doughnuts in town. The store is well organized and the variety of flavors is exciting. Highly recommended.
Their Chilla's are pretty good. Their as good as the mocha freezes at other places. If you're in a hurry in the morning and want a shake, aka liquado, they have fresh fruit and milk that tastes good…
