We are a family restaurant located in the heart of Burbank. We are located in the proximity of the Media District, the home of the Burbank Studios, the Disney Studios, the NBC studios and University City. Our extensive menu offers a wide selection of American cuisine supplemented by tasty authentic Mexican and European selections.
Locals trek to Coral Cafe day and night for the wide selection of inexpensive food. Open 24 hours, it is the perfect stop after a night at the bars or clubs. The simple layout and sparse decorations may not add to the ambiance, but it creates a mom-and-pop feel. Make sure to order the tortilla soup, topped with a mound of cheese it may not be the healthiest item on the menu, but it is the best.

A S@!T HOLE!!!!! I was sitting at the count read the paper waiting for my food (if you could call it that) when a man sat down while talking on his cell phone. He had his ear plug in so his was talking to the air. After about 5 minutes of this I turned to him and ask if he could go out side and talk. The man told me go F@!K myself, and then to go F@!K my mother very loudly. Well I call for the Owner and the Owner said there was nothing he could do (WHAT AN A@!%!*E THAT OWNER IS). This owner not only sells food that is S@!T. But has his head is so far up his A@S that his brains are full of S@!T. He should of just ask the man to finish his call outside. What needs to be done here to correct this place is; (1) A CHANGE OF MANAGEMENT (2) THE PLACE TORN DOWN (3) A PARKING LOT PUT IN ITS PLACE. DON'T GO HERE. RUN AWAY AND STAY AWAY. THIS IS NO PLACE FOR A CHRISTIAN FAMILY TO BE!!!!!!! A note to the A@!%!*E Owner now. Until 1,2&3 can be done and for the poor people who have to eat the s@!t you serve. Put up a F-ING sign on you door ask customer's to go outside when on their cell phone.

The food is mediocre at best, and some of it is downright bad. I ordered a steak (big mistake, I know, to order steak at a diner). It was cooked rare, but was burnt on the outside. They do not use real mashed potatoes, but...instant potato buds. Frozen vegetables are used, not fresh. They are severely understaffed, so forget asking your server for anything once the food is finally brought out....
Coral Cafe has one of the most expansive menus around. if you can not find something you wish here then you have issues.
The food is good, but not to the level that brings you in. it is the menu size, and open 24 hours...which is the reason people come to this Burbank staple.
Great kind service, good coffee and just TOO many options on the menu! Very fast, we had our dishes in 10 min or so.
The only wrong to point is the rug...a little stinky to be honest.

Why doesn't Coral Cafe allow their paying customers the use of their WiFi ? Almost every independently owned business has gone out of business. Nice local joint. Burgers and what not here. I've only been here once since I wasn't wowed, but it's always packed inside and outside on the patio. Ample parking on street and lot behind. Vegetarians tell me the place has a lot of options for them. Me, I had the burger and salad. Like I said, it was okay.

Been coming here for over ten years. Definitely family oriented, definitely reasonable. Good, diner. I have no complaints. Just a note to vegetarians, avoid the veggie monte cristo, it can never compare to a real one.

It's a diner and a good one at that. You know what to expect. It's clean, service is good, food is good, so definitely go here instead of Denny's.
Great food with huge menu, some of the staff are not that great but we have ate there many times and would recommend it to anyone. We will go back again and again.

I have tried chicken tortilla soup at many other establishements in the Los Angeles area and they just don't measure up to Coral cafe. It is really flavorful. We love Coral Cafe. The wait staff is generally pretty friendly and the good it great. As 24 Hour diners go this is top notch, only once have I had mediocre food and I will forgive them many times over for my other visits. The trick to finding the place is to look for the sign that would say coral cafe if it worked, but it doesn't, or at least didn;t when last I was there.
